We are excited to be recruiting for a new General Manager to join Spymonkey’s small freelance team for a year long project to realign and secure our business. As our artistic projects expand in both scale and location, alongside our training programme growing with demand, we need a diligent and reliable General Manager to help put new procedures and ways of working in place and to oversee Spymonkey’s smooth day to day operation.
Contract Overview:
- This role is offered on a self-employed basis, for UK residents.
- Part-time contract for 3 days a week or equivalent.
- 12 months contract, with review after 3 months and potential for extending contract depending on projects in development.
- Fee: 12 months x £1500 per month for a 60% part-time post (equivalent to £30k per year full-time).
- Hours of work: Part of the project is to have reasonable availability for meetings which will be arranged with notice. Our current team work around personal, project and company commitments and we are happy to discuss how this role would work to suit everyone’s needs.
- Key dates: application deadline Sun 18th Aug, interviews Mon 9th Sept to ideally begin end of Sept/beginning Oct.
